What are the eGift cards General Terms and Conditions?

The use of Runway Rogue eGift Cards online is subject to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If a Runway Rogue eGift Card code fails to function correctly, please contact us at The sole remedy for any such failure shall be replacement of the eGift Card. Runway Rogue is not responsible for eGift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to correctly enter your email address, due to the operation of any spam filter and/or firewall on your computer, that your inbox has exceeded its size limit, or as a result of any other functionality of your computer or internet connection beyond our control.

Are there any expiration dates or fees for eGift cards?

Runway Rogue eGift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only, not for cash. They have no expiration date and no service fees.

Do promotional offers and discounts apply to the purchase of eGift cards?

Promotional offers and discounts may not be applied to the purchase of Runway Rogue eGift Cards. Runway Rogue eGift Cards cannot be used to meet promotional thresholds (except for the $35 free shipping threshold). Promotional or special purchases may be made when redeeming an eGift card.

Where can I buy a Runway Rogue eGift card?

On, you can buy an eGift Card in one of several denominations, by simply adding it to your cart like your favorite lip gloss!

How will the eGift Cards be delivered?

The eGift Card(s) will be sent to you via email with a virtual “card” that has a unique redemption code. You can then send it to the lucky recipient or print it out and give it to them in person.

How much does shipping cost?

There is no shipping charge for eGift cards as they are emailed to you.

How do I redeem my Runway Rogue eGift Card?

To redeem an eGift Card, visit and choose the items you want to buy. Add these items to your cart and when you have everything you want, proceed to checkout.

At checkout, enter the eGift Card redemption code you received.

If the total amount of your order exceeds the total value on your Runway Rogue eGift Card, please enter a valid credit card for the remaining balance. The total value on your Runway Rogue eGift Card will be used first before any amount is charged to your credit card.

When the amount of your order is less than the value on your Runway Rogue eGift Card, any unused balance will remain on your Runway Rogue eGift Card for future use. If you need assistance or more information, please contact us at

How do I check my eGift Card balance?

Is sales tax charged for eGift cards?

There is no sales tax included when you buy a Runway Rogue eGift Card.

If applicable, sales taxes are applied to purchases when redeeming Runway Rogue eGift Cards, according to applicable sales tax in the state where the package will be shipped.

How do Returns and Exchanges work with eGift cards?

Refunds for returned items are credited to the original payment method, so if the returned item was bought using an eGift Card, its value will be returned to the eGift Card and stored for future purchases. Please check our Returns and Exchanges page for more information about here.

What happens if an eGift Card redemption code is lost or stolen?

Please contact us at to report a lost or stolen eGift Card redemption code. Ownership and risk of loss with respect to eGift Cards passes to the purchaser once we send an email notification to the purchaser. Except as otherwise provided herein, Runway Rogue is not responsible for lost or stolen eGift Card redemption codes. Runway Rogue has the right, in addition to any other available remedies, to close customer accounts or require alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Runway Rogue eGift Card is redeemed or sought to be redeemed.
