When can I get products that are out of stock?

Team Runway is doing our very best to replenish stock as quickly as possible! The best thing to do is sign up for our email list. You'll be the first to know when it's back online!

Do you test on animals?

Absolutely not! Runway Rogue is always 100% cruelty-free.

Is Runway Rogue vegan?

Although the FDA hasn’t established a regulation for what it means to be “vegan,” we define it as a product that does not contain any animal products or by-products. The "None of the Bad Stuff" list on each product page will tell you if that specific product is vegan.

Are you gluten-free?

Your health and safety are super important to us - we know how serious gluten allergies can be. Each product page has a "None of the Bad Stuff" list that will tell you if that specific product is gluten-free.

What are "Limited Edition" colors?

Our initial line has limited quantities of certain colors. So if you see something you like make sure to get it while you can!!


We currently ship within the U.S. via USPS.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $5.95 for orders less than $35 and FREE for orders $35 and over.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

We offer Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $35 after any discounts are applied and before taxes are applied. Shipping cost does not count toward the $35 minimum threshold.

Can I change/cancel my order?

We want you to receive your new lipsticks as soon as possible! Once your order is placed, our warehouse starts working on it right away. Unfortunately, this means that we can't make any changes or cancellations once it's placed. In limited circumstances, we may be able to update an address or cancel an order if it has not shipped. Please contact us at info@runwayroguebeauty.com or through our contact page for assistance.

How can I track my order?

After you order has shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

What is your Returns & Exchanges Policy?

If you wish to return a product, please do so within 30 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, less the cost of shipping. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Purchases of E-gift cards and sale items cannot be returned for a refund.

Naturally, we cannot take returns on overly used products, as determined by Runway Rogue or products not bought online at RunwayRoguebeauty.com.

To return an item(s) please follow these steps:

Contact us via the Contact Us form or by email at: Info@RunwayRoguebeauty.com and write “Return” in subject line, write your full name and order number in the email. You will receive return instructions via email. We recommend shipping your return in the original box with a service that provides tracking and/or insurance as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. Runway Rogue does not provide return shipping labels at this time.

Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival.  Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling are not refundable.

What is your Lost/Stolen Package Policy?

If the USPS tracking number provided by Runway Rogue has been marked as "Delivered”, but you did not receive your package, please initiate a Lost Package Claim by contacting us at info@runwayroguebeauty.com with the following information:

  • Order Number (if available)
  • Full Name on Order
  • Full Shipping Address 

Please note,
USPS often scans in packages prior to actual delivery, and your package may arrive up to 3 business days after delivered date.

For packages
that are verified as lost/stolen, a replacement package may be offered.  If you suspect that a package was stolen, it is recommended to provide a new shipping address for a secure location, such as a business or residence where someone is available during USPS delivery.

  • Lost/stolen packages are only eligible for one replacement shipment.
  • Replacement shipments are not eligible for return/refund, but may be exchanged according to our Return Policy.
  • Customers who experience frequent lost packages with Runway Rogue may become ineligible for replacements, or be requried to provide an alternate shipping address.


Can I get Runway Rogue Internationally?

Not at the moment. But we are working on it!

We love collabs, so submit your request by email to us at: Info@RunwayRoguebeauty.com and write “Blogger” in subject line, and provide us a links to your blog, website, and/or social channels. You can also send us that information via our Contact page.

Is there a PRO discount for makeup artists?

Not at the present time.

How do I get featured on the website?

It’s easy! Just upload your photos to your Instagram and use any of our hashtags: #RunwayRogue, #Socialrogues, or #attitudeofbeauty. Patricia goes through all submissions, so just make sure to check the #SocialRogues page of the site for updates!
