Patricia's Pro Tip / How To Use

Apply to hydrated, exfoliated lips. First, define the highest point of your cupid’s bow, then work your way out toward the corners of your lips, then line your lower lip from one corner to the other. For a fuller lip look, draw over the edge of your natural lip line. Fill in your entire lip or run your favorite Runway Rogue lip color across your bottom and top lip and blend the color out. Designed to work with liquid lipstick formulas, traditional lipsticks and glosses, or to be worn on its own by filling in the entire lip. Recap securely to protect the formula.

A difficult to find bright color

I am always searching for lipsticks and lip pencils that are bright colors. They are increasingly hard to find but, Runway Rogue never disappoints. This lip pencil works perfectly with bright, coral pink lipsticks and goes on incredibly smoothly.

Years ago I had a lipstick color that was my favorite. Could not find it for years. Then I saw the advertisement for this lip liner, so close to the shade that I loved. I ordered it, received it within a couple of days. I line my lips, then color of in, just beautiful.

finally a liner to go with liquid lipstick

I bought this on a whim after hearing a lot of buzz about this new brand. They say you can wear it all over your lips, but I actually bought it to go with my Jeffree Star Velour liquid lipstick in Rose Matter, and it works perfectly. I'm in love with liquid lipsticks, but there really aren't any liners that work with them, and I really need a liner to define my lips. This is the only liner I've tried that doesn't wear off before the liquid lipstick, it glides on super smooth but dries matte, which is perfect. Going to try other colors, but I wish they had more choices. Love this product!

Simply the best lip liner I have ever used!

I must admit- I am in love with this product. The color is amazing and highly pigmented. This is the first lip pencil I have ever been able to wear alone... Goes in like butter.. Can't wait to try more products. The color is gorgeous and has been become my go to product
