For best results:
Apply to hydrated, exfoliated lips. First, define the highest point of your cupid’s bow, then work your way out toward the corners of your lips. Then line your lower lip from one corner to the other. For a fuller lip look, draw over the edge of your natural lip line. Fill in your entire lip, or run your favorite Runway Rogue lip color across your lips and blend the color out.
Designed to work with liquid lipstick, traditional lipstick and lip gloss formulas, or can be worn on its own by filling in the entire lip. Recap securely to protect the formula.
